CAP Fit Bootcamp is a total body strength and conditioning program for men and women designed to maximize fat loss and muscle definition. This trainer lead program allows each individual to change their own resistance load and intensity in order to achieve desired results. Those individuals wanting to simply lose body fat without developing large muscles can keep a light load with high intensity while those that are looking to gain muscle can increase the load. CAP Fit Bootcamp is as intense as the participant wants to make it. The focus of the bootcamp is to optimize the body in all ten of the recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
In order to maximize results, the CAP Fit Bootcamp is designed to use multiple fitness tools such as weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, stability balls, medicine balls, bands, ropes, Bosu balls, rollers and many more. By incorporating a variety of tools, the CAP Fit Bootcamp is challenging yet fun!
The advantage that CAP Fit Bootcamp has over regular gyms is that every workout is lead by a trainer which means that your workouts are professionally designed to maximize results and ensures that you are doing the right things to help achieve your goals. The CAP Fit Bootcamp is designed to run all year around and may be joined in 12-week segments. An individual may join at any time for 12 weeks at a time and continue as desired.
